Finally hit that meaningless ego number! Regardless, I’m excited to have hit 1M net worth at 28 since it’s been a long-time goal of mine to do before 30 and I ended up having plenty of time to spare. My focus has remained on tech in the last year, but real estate is the reason I’m a millionaire. It has continued to skyrocket in price and my suspicions that I mentioned in last year’s post about hedge funds driving up prices in my area turned out to be correct.
Life
Quick life update since the retirement post is for my records: I’ve been living in Jax Beach for almost 2.5 years now and I’m still loving it. Back to being a single pringle, how history continues to repeat lol. Covid was declared done today even though it hasn’t been a factor here at all. As far as my day-to-day is going, I’m now playing pickleball an average of 8 times a week; fully addicted. I may try to go low-level pro for fun since I have the time and money right now. I’m still going to the gym 5 days a week and being pretty healthy. Try a Whoop band if you’re interested in your sleep and health data.
This year:
Replied is going well and now just runs itself netting a solid 2k/mo. GymBet was going ok but now the pickleball addiction doesn’t give me time to work on it. I’ve also purchased Lockbin now.
